1. Appointments
1.1. Appointments can be booked via the website.
1.2. The client is required to provide accurate contact details when making a reservation.
1.3. Changes or cancellations are possible:
• up to 48 hours before the appointment – no charge
• up to 24 hours before the appointment – 50% of the service price
• less than 24 hours before the appointment – 100% of the service price
1.4. In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the client is required to pay 100% of the booked service.
1.5. If the outstanding payment for a missed appointment is not settled, the studio reserves the right to refuse future bookings.
1.6. For future bookings, the studio may require a prepayment or settlement of any outstanding amount before confirming the appointment.
2. Payments
2.1. Prices are based on the current price list available on the website or provided during booking.
2.2. Payment can be made:
• online
• in cash on site
2.3. The studio reserves the right to request a deposit for selected services or future bookings.
3. Appointment Conditions
3.1. The client is expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time without a price reduction.
3.2. Before the treatment, the client is required to inform about any health conditions, injuries or contraindications.
3.3. In case of feeling unwell or any contraindications, the massage may be cancelled or adjusted.
4. Client Statement
4.1. By booking an appointment, the client confirms that their health condition allows them to receive massage treatments.
4.2. The client gives informed consent to the massage and physical touch for relaxation purposes.
4.3. The client understands that the massage:
• is for relaxation and support
• is not a medical service
• does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment
